The Central Shenandoah Health District will hold some free COVID-19 testing events throughout the district this week.
There are different testing options available. Testing ONLY for symptomatic individuals or contacts of a known COVID-19 case: Preference for testing will be given to symptomatic individuals or contacts of a known COVID-19 case.
- Tuesday, October 27th- Waynesboro – Kate Collins Middle School: 9a-12p
- Wednesday, October 28th – Augusta County – Verona: 9a-12p – Appointment Needed
- Thursday, October 29th – Rockbridge Regional Dispatch 7:30a-10:30a
- Friday, October 23rd- Harrisonburg (Hillandale Park) 7:30a-10:30a – Appointment Needed
Testing for anyone 17 years old and up: We are now offering free COVID-19 testing for anyone 17 years old and up who wants a test, no pre-screening required. The information for this testing event is below:
- Monday, October 26th – Rockingham County Fairground: 2p-6p, registration is not required, but anyone can pre-register at https://www.doineedacovid19test.com/
